DOA Refund Policy: In rare cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) shrimp, refunds apply only to paid shrimp—free promotional shrimp are not eligible. Refunds follow the BOGO structure and are rounded down:

  • 1-2 DOA shrimp → Refund for 1 paid shrimp
  • 3-4 DOA shrimp → Refund for 2 paid shrimp
