Refund policy

All livestock are guaranteed to be alive upon arrival. Simply take a picture AND video of any dead livestock in the UNOPENED bag within 1 hour of timestamped delivery time for a refund or reshipment. Reports beyond 1 hour will not be eligible. Shipping costs are not refundable for any reason and reshipping costs are paid by the buyer.  We are not responsible for any lost packages or carrier delays including weather though we will try out best to make things right. No refunds or exceptions outside of this explicit policy.
