By purchasing livestock or aquatics from Shrimply Fintastic, you agree to the terms below:

Livestock Information

  • Neocaridina shrimp will generally be shipped as unsexed adults.
  • Caridina and Sulawesi shrimp will generally be shipped as unsexed juveniles (1/4” to 1/2”) when possible.
  • Please note that shrimp and guppies are living animals and natural variations in size, color, and appearance may occur even within the same type. We do not guarantee specific genetics or the traits of any offspring, as these are beyond our control. However, information on the colony and genetics can be provided upon request.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to sex/gender based on inventory availability unless explicitly stated or agreed upon before purchase. 

Shipping Options

Orders are shipped every Monday through Wednesday to prevent livestock from being delayed over the weekend. Due to high order volumes, orders placed before Sunday will generally ship out within the same week. Orders placed after Sunday may be shipped the following week.

  • 📦 $25 standard shipping rate for all orders, including both live shrimp and dry goods.
  • 📦📦 $30 expedited shipping rate for all orders, including both live shrimp and dry goods.
  • 🚀 $60 flat rate Overnight Shipping (recommended for sensitive species).
  • ⚠️ Overnight shipping is required for Sulawesi shrimp due to their sensitivity.

Water Parameters

Please research and ensure your tank meets the correct water parameters before purchasing. There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason beyond what is explicitly outlined in our Alive Arrival Guarantee. We are not responsible for losses due to improper tank conditions.

  • Neocaridina: 200 TDS, GH 7, KH 5, pH 6.6, 70°F
  • Caridina: 100 TDS, GH 4, KH 0, pH 6, 70°F
  • Sulawesi: 125 TDS, GH 6, KH 4, pH 8, 78°F

Alive on Arrival Guarantee

All livestock are guaranteed to be alive upon arrival. In the rare case of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please follow these steps:

  • 📸 Take a photo AND video of the DOA shrimp inside the unopened bag.
  • ⏰ Submit the evidence within 1 hour of the timestamped delivery time.
  • 📬 Eligible for refund or reshipment (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. Reshipping costs must be covered by the buyer. We are not responsible for lost packages or carrier delays due to weather, but we will do our best to assist you.

Final Note:
Because these are live animals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds beyond what is explicitly outlined in our Alive Arrival Guarantee.
