Alive Arrival Guarantee & Shipping Policies

By purchasing livestock or aquatics, you agree to the terms below:

Neocaridina will generally come in unsexed adult size. Caridina and Sulawesi will generally come as unsexed juvenile size. We reserve the right to make changes to sex/gender based on inventory availability unless otherwise explicitly stated or agreed upon

Shipping Options:

• Shipping is $25 flat rate via USPS Priority, Fedex or UPS (generally 2-3 Days) for any amount of shrimp. 

• Overnight shipping is $55 flat rate. All orders including Sulawesi require overnight.

• Ground shipping is available for prepackaged goods only at $10 flat rate. 

• There is no minimum amount required to ship. Your shrimp's health and safety is our most important priority. If your local temperature exceeds 85F or is below 40F, we require an ice pack or heat pack which, can be purchased at checkout for $5 under shipping options  and may delay shipping until the weather is more amicable. Please contact directly if you require alternative shipping options.

 

Water Parameters:

Please do your own research and ensure you have the ideal tank parameters for your purchased shrimp. There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason besides those explicitly outlined in our alive arrival guarantee. We are not responsible if your tank parameters are not intended for your purchased livestock. Feel free to reach out if you need suggestions or recommendations on how to set up your tank!

• Neocaridina: 200 TDS, GH 7, KH 5, PH 6.6, 70F

• Caridina: 100 TDS, GH 4, KH 0, PH 6, 70F

• Sulawesi: 125 TDS, GH 6, KH 4, PH 8, 78F

 

Alive on Arrival Guarantee:

All livestock are guaranteed to be alive upon arrival. Simply take a picture AND video of any dead livestock in the UNOPENED bag within 1 hour of timestamped delivery time for a refund or reshipment. Reports beyond 1 hour will not be eligible. Shipping costs are not refundable for any reason and reshipping costs are paid by the buyer.  We are not responsible for any lost packages or carrier delays including weather though we will try out best to make things right.
