The Orange Eye Black Devil Shrimp is a stunning and mysterious Caridina variety, originally blue-based but selectively bred for a deep, solid black body paired with glowing orange eyes. Their striking contrast and reflective shell make them a standout in any shrimp tank or aquascape.

When light hits their shell just right, these shrimp produce a shimmering, oil-slick effect that enhances their dark coloration. As they reach full maturity, many individuals also develop metallic flecks — most noticeably on the head — adding even more character and dimension.
