Blue Bolt A-S Grade

Blue Bolt A–S Grade Shrimp are beautiful, peaceful Caridina shrimp known for their distinctive blue-and-white coloration. Active foragers, they spend much of their time grazing on naturally occurring biofilm and algae, making them a wonderful addition to a well-established planted freshwater aquarium.

Coloration and grading: A–S Grade Blue Bolts typically have a predominantly blue head with a body and tail that are white, clear, or lightly tinted blue. The exact amount and intensity of blue varies from shrimp to shrimp.

Blue Steel lineage: Our Blue Bolts come from Blue Steel lineage, so some individuals may naturally display tan, cream, or light orange coloration on parts of the body instead of being entirely white or clear. This variation is normal for this lineage, and individual shrimp will differ in appearance.

Blue Bolts are non-aggressive and do well with other peaceful, shrimp-safe tankmates. They are a rewarding choice for hobbyists looking to add striking color to an established Caridina aquarium.
